RS_Tools (The Missing Bits) v3.1.31
--------------

Installation
------------
1.	Delete any previous version of the RS_Tools_TMB or KRS_Bin_Editor you
may have, and make a new folder RS_Tools_TMB and copy these files into it.
RouteSetup.exe is a file which RS_Tools will copy into any route package
you make and is used by the recipient of your route to install the route.
Make sure that the folder BluePrints and its contents appear in the RS_Tools_TMB
	folder.

2. You must obtain a copy of SERZ.exe, it is supplied with any of
the KRS downloadable extra Locos from the RailSimulator web site
and is included in the RS Developers Tools download.
It will appear in your RailSimulator\Packager folder when you install
	them.

3. Copy the above SERZ.exe and place it in your Windows\System32
folder where it will be available for use by RS_Tools_TMB

4. RS_Tools_TMB requires the VB6 runtime files to be installed on your
PC to run, however if you already have Route_Riter or Conbuilder or use
Vista then you may already have this package installed and do not need
to do anything, if not do a Google search for them.

Some users have advised they do not have some .ocx files used by the
program, such as comdlg32.ocx on their PCs, if this is so in your case,
they are in the package OCS_Files.zip available on my site as a separate download.

5. Make a desktop icon for the program if you wish, otherwise click
on the .exe to run it. THEN READ THE HELP FILE.......

6. To view .dds files produced by this editor, you will need a Texture Viewer
which is capable of viewing .dds, e.g. IrfanView or a Paint Program which
can handle .dds (Paintshop Pro and Adobe Photoshop have plug-ins available
	for .dds).

v3.0.9 - Added options to the Convert Marker files so that it also accepts .kml files
from Google Earth using the Add Path option, these .kml files produce Series
Marker files. Also added the ability to use OziExplorer .wpt (waypoint) files
				 from Magellan GPS equipment.

v3.0.10 - Fixed bug with a Stop statement in the Delete Scenario routine.

v3.0.11 - Added conversion of MSTS .mkr files to Rail Simulator .csv files
When deleting Routes or Scenarios, the deleted item disappears from the list.

v3.0.12 - Saves Rail Simulator path upon exiting and starts up using previously saved path.

v3.0.13 - NEW - Easy BluePrints option automatically makes BluePrints for TemplateRoutes
          and Marker files.

v3.0.15 - Fonts used in the editor have been changed to make it easier to read.
RouteSetup.exe has had a few small bugs removed.

v3.0.17 - Fixed the Convert Marker Files (.kml files option) to use the Point co-ordinates
rather than the Long/Lat as these appear to give more accurate renditions in
					the game.

v3.0.19 - Displays the path of the Rail Simulator instance you are editing.
Fixes a bug whereby an error message was shown if you tried to delete two routes

v3.0.20 - Changed Files menu so that you can now open any RailSim files, .bin/.tgt/.XSec/.GeoPcDx
Similarly .xml/.cost files may be opened.

v3.0.21 - Realised .tgt files were plain .xml files so changed to the .xml/.cost/.tgt menu.
Fixed bug in the production of backup files, now should produce up to 50 backups of any
					given file.
Changed the List Scenarios to clear a previous list before giving a new list.

v3.1.00 - Completely new version which includes a XML file editor. Also allows you to check
Scenarios for missing rolling-stock and to print a list of rolling stock used
					by a Scenario.

v3.1.02 - Added 'Find in Text' and 'Replace' and 'Replace All' in the XML editor - These only
apply to Text items as you must not change the text of Node items. Also updated to
always show the current Rail Simulator path in the screen caption.

v3.1.05 - Added Check Route to the Check Routes and Scenarios option. Select a route and
click the Check Route button and it will check for missing Shape files, in the
Scenery, Loft and Road folders. (Note it does not yet check for textures).

v3.1.06 - Added a Check Textures option to the Check Route option.
Updated the RouteSetup.exe so that if you wish to use it to just install some
RS content, then just make an archive containing the RouteSetup.exe and a
Rail Simulator folder containing the content you wish to install (using a
full path), then when the user runs RouteSetup it will install everything in
the Rail Simulator folder and all internal paths.

v3.1.08 - Fixed the screen which displays Route Names to correctly display Continental
route names if no 'English' name is present. Opening a file in the RS_Tools
Editor now also opens it in the XML Editor. Swapping Editors in the menu
now opens the editor in the correct tab.

v3.1.09 - Sniper discovered that the Delete scenarios option was not working correctly
if you deleted several scenarios one after the other, only the first was
					actually deleted. Now fixed.

v3.1.10 - When setting up Developer Folder, program did not check to make sure that
folder Rail Simulator\Source existed. If not there, it now builds this folder.

v3.1.11 - Fixed the List Scenarios to work if there is no English Scenario name listed.

v3.1.14 - Program can now be set up in Windows Explorer to automatically open when
a .GeoPcDx file is clicked on. Fixed some window captions. Also includes
a new RouteSetup.exe v1.0.12 which can be used to install Re-Skins by placing
them in a folder Rail Simulator\Assets\Kuju etc etc and running RouteSetup.exe
it will copy the whole folder tree into RS and remove the various blueprints.pak
					files

v3.1.19 - New option Tools\Package Assets allows user to package his own Assets, Kuju Assets
and any mixture thereof. New help file.

v3.1.31beta - New option on the Tools\Check Route menu. On the Check Route screen you can
select a route, display scenarios for route, select a scenario and click Edit
Scenario. This brings up a screen where you can edit many of the scenario items
such as start time, season, weather etc. This screen also shows you the consists
used by the scenario and clicking on any consist displays rolling stock used.
Furthermore you can click on any drivable consist, select the locomotive and
click on Drive it. Then when you run RS, it will start up with you as the driver
of the selected consist. This will enable you to set up consists at various places
on the route and select the one you wish to drive.

Note: Use this program entirely at your own risk. It is a powerful tool capable
of making large changes to your RS setup. However backups are made of any
files you change, so should be safe to use by experienced users.

Please advise of any changes required/bugs etc.
