RS_Kickstart v1.0.45
--------------------

This program is a front-end for Rail Simulator which allows users to modify
existing scenarios and consists and to run the program in much the same way
as they could run previous simulators.

Start time and weather can be changed for Free Roam (and other) Scenarios, and
Locomotives and Wagons in consists can be changed.

Just make a new folder, e.g. RS_Kickstart and copy the files into it. You should
not require any further files apart from Acrobat to read the enclosed Help file
in .pdf format and the VB runtime files which most users will already have. No
extra .dll or .ocx files are required as I am trying to keep this as simple as possible.

The file Serz.exe (which you will find in your RailSimulator folder if you have the
DevTools version - Or which will be in your Packager folder if you have downloaded
any of the extra locomotives from the Rail Simulator site) must be copied into your
Windows\System32 folder for RS_Kickstart to work.

Users with Vista 64 bit versions must copy Serz.exe into their syswow64 folder.

Users with Scripting Errors may need to turn on MS Scripting on their PC. This can be
done by going to the Desktop Start/Run box and entering:-

regsvr32.exe scrrun.dll

ALL VISTA USERS will need to run the program as administrator (right click on
RS_Kickstart.exe file and select 'Run as Administrator' from Properties.

Please make sure you have backed up your original Contents and Assets folders before
using this program. However it does make backups of all of your Scenario.bin and
Scenarios.bin files so you can always go back to where you started in case of problems.

Please advise me of any problems, bugs, suggestions etc.

v1.0.26 - Changes:-
					1. Main screen is now resizeable to enable users to read long rolling-stock names.
					2. Fixed a bug in the 'Swap Rolling-Stock' option where it gave error message in some consists.
v1.0.29 - Changes:-
					1. Now allows you to make multiple saves of scenarios, each with their own name.
v1.0.33 - Changes:-
					1. Allows user to Clone a scenario with a new name. New GUID and UUIDs are generated.
					2. Many cosmetic changes, a New Help File is enclosed.
v1.0.35 - Added buttons Standard\Timetable on the Scenario frame. these will change a Standard
Scenario to a Timetabled Scenario. This may well cause strange happenings in the
Scenario, but you can easily change it back. The advantage is that it allows you to
jump trains within a scenario without the AI train stopping.
v1.0.38 - Corrected bug in Kickstart where it failed if the Route's Scenarios.bin file contained
					invalid entries.
v1.0.45 - Now shows details of stock in the Selected Consist list, including Path, Direction
Whether loadable and whether loaded. Multiple selection now allows loading of whole
train at once, or swapping of multiple selected stock. See new Help file.
